When you step outside from the arrival lobby, you'll find a passageway with an arched roof.
We will pick you up at either Bay 30 or the "Permitted Vehicle Pick-up/Drop-off Area (South Side)" next to the police box.
When you see the microbus with the Family Rent-A-Car sticker,
please inform the driver that you're using Family Rent-A-Car and state your name before boarding.
Our shuttle vehicles operate on a shared-ride basis with other customers.

After exiting the international departure gate, turn left.

If you walk a little way towards the rental car area,you will come across an escalator.Take this down to the first floor.
Once you reach the first floor, follow the signs for rental cars and proceed to the rental car counter.You will find our counter on the far left.

After contacting the store, please proceed outside the building.
