About Our Insurance Coverage Plans
Our vehicles come with insurance coverage up to the specified amounts below. However, any damages exceeding the coverage limit, accidents falling under the insurance policy's exclusions, violations of the rental agreement or incidents without a police accident report will be the customer's responsibility.
Additionally, damages resulting from vehicle theft during the rental period are not covered by the vehicle protection plan and may become the customer's financial responsibility.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
This coverage waives your financial responsibility for both property damage and vehicle repair deductibles in case of accidents.
- ※Not included in base rental rates.
The CDW coverage becomes void if proper accident reporting procedures (including police and our company notification) are not followed.
- ※CDW must be purchased at vehicle pickup and cannot be added or removed during the rental period.
- ※For rentals between 15 days to 1 month, the coverage fee is calculated at 15 days maximum while providing protection for the entire duration.
- ※All coverage is contingent upon seatbelt usage.
- ※The insurance coverage exclusions apply in the cases listed below.

- ※Replacement costs for lost keys, missing wheel caps (non-accident), and interior item damage will be charged to the renter.

We regrettably cannot accommodate pets in our rental vehicles.
If pet presence is discovered, deep cleaning fees plus loss-of-use charges (NOC) will apply.
Instances Where Insurance Coverage Does Not Apply
Customers bear full financial responsibility for (1) damages excluded from insurance coverage, and (2) any repair costs exceeding policy limits.
- Failure to follow proper accident reporting procedures (including police and company notification) void all insurance coverage.
- Violations of the rental agreement terms will void all coverage.
- Damages resulting from illegal/unauthorized parking
- Damages occurring during alcohol-impaired or drunk driving
- Damages occurring while operating the vehicle under drug influence
- Damages occurring during unauthorized rental period extensions
- Damages caused by unapproved drivers not listed on the rental agreement
- Damages occurring while the vehicle is subleased to third parties
- Damages caused while driving without a valid license (including suspended licenses or operating unauthorized vehicle classes)
- Damages resulting from unauthorized settlements or vehicle testing (track days, speed tests, etc.)
- Damages from competitive driving events or towing other vehicles
- Damages caused by using the vehicle for push-starting other cars
- Damages falling under other contractual exclusions specified in the rental agreement
- Damages excluded under our insurer's policy terms and conditions
- Damages resulting from intentional misconduct or deliberate accidents
- Damages from flat tires or tire damage
- Damages involving lost or damaged wheel covers
- Damages related to lost keys
- Charges for emergency tire repair kits
- Damages to customer-owned or managed property
- Damages to optional equipment (GPS units, child seats, etc.)
- Damages resulting from improper vehicle handling or negligence
※ Please exercise special caution with the following items, as they present exceptionally high vehicle damage risks.
Any damage resulting from these circumstances will be considered intentional under the insurance policy terms, making it non-coverable (not eligible for insurance compensation).
- Damages from theft incidents where keys were left in the vehicle or doors were left unlocked
- Repair costs for body damage or corrosion caused by improper vehicle operation
- Damages from interior staining/soiling
- Loss of vehicle equipment
- Damages from improper installation of tire chains, carriers, or child seats
- Damages resulting from off-road operation (including beaches, riverbanks, or forest trails - any non-maintained roadway incidents)
- • Repair costs resulting from using the wrong fuel type during refueling
- • Damages caused by unauthorized operation of equipment (such as cranes or aerial work platforms) by unqualified personnel
- ※ Police reports are required for hit-and-run incidents with unidentified parties, vehicle break-ins, and windshield damage caused by road debris.

You may be required to present this document if requested by police officers or land transport bureau officials, so please carry it with you at all times during the rental period.
- Child Seat Installation Verification
The driver is legally required to use a child seat for all passengers under 6 years old. Please verify proper installation before departure. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents resulting from improper installation.
- Regarding Navigation System Use
The suggested routes provided by the navigation system should be used for reference only. We cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages caused by discrepancies in estimated travel times. (The navigation system can be operated while the parking brake is engaged.)Please note that newly established facilities, roads, or telephone numbers may not appear in search results.
- Seat Belt Usage
All passengers - including those in the front passenger seat and rear seats - must wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
- Vehicle Management Policy
During the rental period, you assume full responsibility as the vehicle custodian, including securing appropriate parking and performing daily maintenance checks.
- Additional Provisions
Damages to the vehicle caused by overloading during moves or similar activities will be the customer's financial responsibility.
Return Guidelines
- Fuel Requirements
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel from a Chitose City gas station and present the final refueling receipt.
Using the wrong fuel type will result in a Non-Operational Charge (NOC), and you will be billed for all repair costs incurred.
- ※ Even with Full Coverage Protection, repair costs will be charged at actual expense.
- Return Time Policy
Please notify us in advance if you need to modify your return time or anticipate being late.
Rental Office Hours
Please contact the branch directly for business hours.
- After-hours vehicle pickup or return is not permitted.
- ※ Late returns will incur additional extension fees.
- ※ After-hours returns will not qualify for airport shuttle service.
We appreciate your understanding.
- Please remove all personal belongings and dispose of any trash properly.
Please refrain from
illegal parking during your rental period.
Enforcement against illegal parking, including dangerous roadside parking or unauthorized use of private parking spaces, has been strengthened.
Even momentary illegal parking violations
will be subject to enforcement.
Per rental agreement terms, drivers receiving parking violations must follow these procedures.
If a parking violation sticker has been attached to the vehicle:
Immediately visit the local police station to complete required procedures.
Payment of fines at designated financial institutions must be completed before returning.
Upon return, we will verify both the "Traffic Violation Notice" and dated payment receipts.
All fines must be settled
before vehicle return.
Failure to present these documents (or if payment cannot be verified) will require payment of the following parking violation fees:
Standard vehicles: ¥25,000
+
Towing charges for illegally parked vehicles
Regarding parking violation fee refunds:
Should you subsequently pay the fine and present both the "Traffic Violation Notice" and payment receipts, we will refund the parking violation deposit. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to a designated account, with transfer fees being the customer's responsibility.
Non-Payment Consequences:
Failure to provide proof of fine payment or refusal to pay parking violation fees may result in the customer being denied future rental services.
Vehicle Relocation Charges
When illegal parking (including unauthorized use of private parking spaces) necessitates vehicle relocation, we will arrange towing/recovery at our discretion. All associated costs including towing fees will be the customer's full responsibility.
